Crystal is a certified end-of- life doula, coach and author residing in Seattle Washington. She works with folks to create a dignified and meaningful end-of-life experience by bridging the gap between medical necessity and holistic comfort.  She specializes in V.S.E.D (Voluntary Suspend Eating and Drinking) and M.A.I.D. (Medical Aid in Dying), she’s passionate about advocating for body autonomy and opening dialogue between loved ones. She offers in-person support in the Pacific Northwest and virtual support across the United States.
