Prior to Co-Owning “Your Nurse Advocate Consulting, LLC”, Linda spent the majority of her tenured career leading and managing a diverse portfolio of Healthcare entities with demonstrated success in clinical operations, quality improvement, Joint Commission accreditation, state/federal regulatory compliance, franchisee relations, financial management, change management, marketing, business development, performance analysis, project management, and consulting.

Linda has a deep working knowledge with Multi- level expertise in regulatory compliance and Survey readiness. This expertise has posed her to move non accredited Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care agencies through successful licensure and accreditation. She has previously served in a regional position (CA, NV, AZ, TX, WA, UT, CO, OR, IN) where she was responsible for execution and oversight of the clinical quality platform with enhanced responsibilities within the brand; including oversight of various state licensure and operational processes with new franchisees within the western region of the United States.

She has provided consistent follow up on quality metrics of franchisees to enhance performance. Her oversight of bi-annual Joint Commission Mock Surveys improved regulatory compliance which led to deficiency free Joint Commission surveys.

Success in this area has allowed her to achieve certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). This distinction is shared by only 12,000 individuals globally. Linda is adept at building quality oriented fiscally responsible teams which have been posed for success and growth. Over the last decade she has achieved a Six Sigma yellow belt and utilized its teachings to improve operational performance.

Linda Kritikos has primarily worked with various Illinois-Wisconsin based Home Health and Hospice entities to enhance quality, improve operational solvency, and improve net worth.

Linda is a bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurse from North Park University. She holds dual Masters Degrees. A Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Illinois with a focus on Health Care Management. Another Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Cardinal Stritch University, where is has been an adjunct faculty member facilitating and developing Master level courses for the College of Business.

Linda has recently added an Essential Oil Certification to her repertoire of Wellness Credentials. Linda is passionate about adding the use of Essential Oils into her personal Wellness Program and will be providing education on the benefits and uses of Essential Oils as part of our Wellness Education.
